What is Quietly?

We do the digging. You get a clearer picture.

Keeping up with snoring advice can feel like a second job. Quietly takes some of that work off your plate.

Options in order of evidence

We start with what has the most support and costs the least: getting assessed when it matters, free changes worth trying, then mouthpieces, then nasal devices. Free options and ones nobody earns from get a proper place.

A wider search, explained in English

A useful finding can appear in any language. Each weekly check covers English sources, PubMed, and the WHO’s international trial registry platform, which draws on registries from China, Japan, Germany, Korea and elsewhere. It also searches two more languages in depth, in rotation: Chinese and Japanese, German and French, Korean and Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. We show what we couldn’t cover rather than claim to have found everything.

Checked, not just repeated

We ask where a claim comes from, what was measured, who was studied and whether it applies to the exact product. Research, a trial listing and a maker’s claim carry different weight. When we can’t verify something, we say so.

How the checks work

We’re setting up a weekly source check, and every check is logged, including weeks with nothing new. Research and translation are AI-assisted. We don’t have a clinical reviewer yet, so treatment conclusions lean on published clinical guidelines, and we don’t test products ourselves. See every check so far.

Who pays for this

Nobody, yet. We don’t take commissions from product makers. How we’re funded.
